This free Back to Basics checklist was written by a QLD Teacher with 17 years of experience in Prep and Year 1 classrooms. It is a working document that is continuously being added to. Although it is specific to the author’s experiences and context, we thought we would make it available for download. It is a handy starting point for planning for the explicit setup of rules, routines, expectations and transitions at the beginning of the school year.
